How do I know if Time to Thrive is the right program for me?

Most Time to Thrive members have been in business for some time and find that they need support to level up their business. They want their business to work better for them financially. They are often seeking to free up time. And in many cases, they are longing for a way to turn their creative ideas into new offers for their clients, and new revenue streams for themselves. Many of them share a feeling of being stuck: wanting more, but not knowing how to get there. A sense of overwhelm is often present and can take the shape of self-sabotaging behaviors, like procrastination, shying away from decision-making, and negative self-talk.

What's a typical participant like?

Time to Thrive is for female entrepreneurs with some experience of running a business – some will have more than others. Although coaches, creatives and social entrepreneurs make up a significant share of the Time to Thrive alumni, the program will benefit entrepreneurs from all sectors. As a course leader, I always strive for clarity and for making essential business concepts easy to grasp and apply in your business. I know the feeling! And I get that time is a concern.

I want you to grow your business stress-free. That’s why you have lifetime access to all of the course material as well as to the private Time to Thrive Facebook group – plus a full year of monthly group coaching sessions. Study at your own time, and feel at peace knowing that you have plenty of time to give and get support on your journey!

As with any course, the amount of work will depend on your own ambition. The more you put in, the more value you will get from Time to Thrive. There’s no fixed amount of time needed though – you choose the level and timing of your focus.

The whole point of Time to Thrive is to help you focus on what really matters. That means removing anything that won’t help you reach your goals – which practically means freeing up time going forward!

 

I'm shy. Do I need to participate actively?

I totally hear you and I understand your concern. I’m also shy, even though I’ve learned the behaviors of extroverts. That’s why I have created this community based on purpose, empathy and generosity. I believe that kindness is underrated and want to promote it in everything I do.

Time to Thrive is a group program where the experience, input, perspective and knowledge of every participant matters. By joining Time to Thrive, you are embarking upon a journey of business and personal growth that you will travel together with your peers.

So yes, it is expected that you participate actively. What’s important to know though, is that Time to Thrive is a safe space where the whole aim is to support each other generously and with empathy for the different challenges and opportunities that each participant is facing.  There is zero judgment, zero perfectionism, zero negative criticism. The only thing you will have to do is show up and share who you are. We will all be so grateful for it.

What kind of results can I expect?

I’ve created the Time to Thrive program for female entrepreneurs who want to grow their buiness and expand their success. Helping you achieve that – whatever that success looks like to you – is part of my purpose.

I feel a little intimidated to work in a group – what do you say?

I know that it can be scary to share your dreams and fears with someone you don’t know that well. Your business is your baby, and having people look at it from the outside can feel a little uncomfortable.

But here’s the thing: there’s no growth without discomfort. Plus, hiding in the dark won’t do you any good. (Take it from me, I know from personal experience). The more feedback you can get on your work – and the earlier you can get it – the better your results will be!

The Time to Thrive community is a generous, authentic, and supportive space where members are there to grow and help their peers do the same, free of judgment. There’s a genuine interest in helping you get the results and the life for which you’ve been longing! And of course, your peers will be forever grateful for the same kind of support from you.  

I understand that perfectionism, fear of failure and fear of looking “less than” can kick in when we share our dreams with the world. But you won’t be alone in feeling that way. And you won’t be alone in experiencing the joy of overcoming those fears and moving closer to your big dream, one step at a time.

Hi, I’m Sanna!

I’m a business coach, course creator, teacher, serial entrepreneur and mom, who is passionate about helping women entrepreneurs unleash their full potential! I believe that you are here to make an impact – my role is to help you uncover what that is and how you can make it happen.

My journey started in the corporate world – a great “school,” but one where I instantly felt uncomfortable. I didn’t buy into their definition of doing business, and I longed for creative freedom!

Having grown up with entrepreneurial parents, I knew that another path was possible. In 2006, I started my first business, and I have since helped hundreds of entrepreneurs build sustainable success through business coaching and courses.

Women entrepreneurs have a special place in my heart. My mom was the first entrepreneur I ever knew, and there were times when she supported our entire family through her copywriting business. She made me realize that running a business is both a great way to create the kind of life you want and an important force for independence and equality.

One of my core beliefs is that success can and should be built on who you are and what you love! I know how pointless and, quite frankly, life-draining it is to leave your personality behind in business. That’s why I dropped the (literal and metaphorical) business suit a long time ago, and I’m never putting it back on!

My mission is to help you build a business that works for you; a business that gives you financial stability and creative joy; a business that works around your life instead of the other way around.

You, my friend, are an essential part of my purpose, and I can’t wait to help you make your big dreams happen!
