Here in Stockholm, it’s a grey and windy day – but I’m still feeling happy and warm inside! 😊
As I was going through my website yesterday for some ongoing maintenance, I got stuck in reading the client testimonials. Hence that warm, fuzzy feeling!
As a business coach, my job is often about so much more than “just” the business side of things.
Because at the center of all the strategizing, the planning, the marketing, the evaluating, the creating and connecting… is a person.
A person who has put so much of her heart and mind, her energy and her efforts into creating the manifestation of her vision: her very own business.
For most of my clients, business is personal. Meaning: this is what they are passionate about. This is what they believe in. It’s an important expression of who they are – and their personality is a huge factor behind their success.
The intersection between Business and Person is filled with opportunity: you are unique and noone can copy who you are.
But that space is also filled with fear: when you and your business are intertwined, stakes can often feel high.

So business coach, yes. But it often goes much deeper than that. And for that, I’m forever grateful.
